Welcome to Skill Up Partner (a unit of AK Tech Park, Coimbatore). By accessing our website and enrolling in our online courses, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of our services.

1. General Terms

  • All users must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent to register.
  • All courses are delivered exclusively online; no physical products are shipped.
  • Courses are prepaid only. We do not support COD or partial payments.
  • SkillUpPartner reserves the right to modify course content, pricing, and schedules without prior notice.
  • Your access to course content is limited to the duration specified during enrollment.
  • Misuse of content, including unauthorized sharing or redistribution, will result in account termination.

2. Payment & GST

  • All payments must be made in advance through approved payment gateways.
  • GST (Goods & Services Tax) is applicable on all course purchases.
  • You will receive a system-generated GST invoice via email after successful payment.

3. Course Access

  • Course access is granted only after payment confirmation.
  • Once classes begin or mentors are assigned, no refund or cancellation is permitted.
  • If you are unable to attend due to personal or medical reasons, batch transfer is allowed (subject to availability).
  • All learners who complete course milestones will receive a digital certificate.

4. Refund & Cancellation

  • Full refund available only if:
    • Course has not started
    • Mentor not yet assigned
    • Refund is requested within 48 hours of payment
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
  • No refunds after class begins or if mentor engagement has started.

5. Shipping Policy

  • SkillUpPartner provides only digital goods and services.
  • No shipping of physical items is required or applicable.
  • All materials (PDFs, recordings, certificates) will be delivered via email or LMS.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and billing details.
  • This data is used to:
    • Register your account
    • Send course communications
    • Generate invoices
    • Provide customer support
  • We do not share or sell your data with third parties without consent.
  • You may request data deletion or access anytime by emailing [insert email].

  • SkillUpPartner shall not be liable for any:
    • Indirect losses
    • Career outcomes
    • Job placement guarantees (unless explicitly mentioned)
  • All guidance and mentoring are based on best-effort educational support.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any legal matters will be handled in the jurisdiction of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
